Biography
Zakkum, a Turkish rock band from Ankara, was founded in 1998 under the name Raindog. Their breakthrough came with the release of their album Zehr-i Zakkum in 2007, which included notable tracks such as "Ah Ãikolata" and a collaboration with Teoman on "Zehr-i Zakkum". The band continued to release albums including 13 (2011), Hergün Sonbahar (2013), and Bir Gece Yarası (2016). Notable collaborations include working with artists such as Nilüfer, Hayko Cepkin, Seyyal Taner, and Teoman. In 2015, Zakkum received the Kral Türkiye Müzik Award for Best Music Group.
