Wild Light is an American indie rock ensemble from New Hampshire established in 2005. The group consists of the musicians Tim Kile, Seth Pitman, Jordan Alexander, and Seth Kasper. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by indie rock and indie pop. The ensemble was founded after the musicians attended high school together and Kile performed as a founding member of the ensemble Arcade Fire. Their recording career began with the eponymous extended play Wild Light (2007). Wild Light achieved professional recognition for touring Europe with the ensemble Arcade Fire in 2007. Their discography included the debut studio recording Adult Nights (2009) released on the label Startime International. The recording was produced by the musician Rob Schnapf. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for receiving the award for Outstanding Rock Act of the Year at the Boston Music Awards in 2008. Their recording career included the song âCalifornia on My Mindâ (2009) and the song âHappy Birthday Guadalupeâ (2009) with the ensemble The Killers.
