Vulfmon, the solo project of Jack Stratton (born in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, c. 1987), emerged in 2022 after a decade of minimal activity under the alias. Leader of the funk/pop group Vulfpeck, Jack Stratton is known for his innovative approach to music, blending minimalism and self-sufficiency. Vulfmon first gained attention with the release of Here We Go Jack in 2022, followed by Vulfnik (2023) and Dot (2024). The project's hallmark is its stripped-down recording style, often involving only two or three collaborators. Based in Los Angeles, Jack Stratton continues to produce, mix, and perform across multiple instruments, embracing the ethos of DIY artistry. In 2025, Vulfmon followed up with Deg, featuring "Chicago Summer", which reached number 58 on the Top 100 Hot Songs JWAVE in Japan.
