Biography

Ulises Mauro Bueno, born on June 26, 1985, in Córdoba, Argentina, is a renowned singer-songwriter who has become one of the leading voices in the cuarteto genre. He began his professional music career in 2002 with the release of his debut album Yo Volveré, earning early recognition as the successor to his late brother, Rodrigo Bueno. Over the years, Ulises Bueno forged his own path, achieving widespread acclaim with his 2015 album Soy, featuring the hit song “Intento.” His performances at iconic venues like Teatro Gran Rex and Estadio Luna Park solidified his status as a crowd favorite. In 2020, he collaborated with Los Ángeles Azules on “Ella Se Olvidó de Mí” and won a Gardel Award for Best Solo Album with Ahora. Known for his electrifying live shows, Ulises Bueno has performed for tens of thousands at major festivals, including Jesús María and Tecnópolis, and even embarked on a European tour in 2019. Despite taking a temporary hiatus in 2023 for health reasons, he returned for a landmark performance alongside Rusherking and The Big One. The following year, he dropped the album Pisando Firme, featuring contributions from DesaKTa2, La K'onga, Los Palmeras, The La Planta, Magui Olave, Cristian Castro, and La Banda de Grillo.
