Treaty Oak Revival, formed in 2018 in Odessa, Texas, emerged from a local cover band led by vocalist Sam Canty, guitarists Jeremiah Vanley and Lance Vanley, bassist Andrew Carey, and drummer Cody Holloway; the bandâs name references the historic Treaty Oak of Austin. Their breakthrough came with the 2020 single "No Vacancy", which achieved Gold certification, followed by the selfâreleased debut album No Vacancy on 29 January 2021. The sophomore album Have a Nice Day debuted on 24 November 2023, reaching number 174 on the US Billboard 200. Their third studio effort, The Talco Tapes, was issued on 23 May 2025. On June 29, 2025, bassist Andrew Carey departed from the band, citing physical and mental strain stemming from touring. He was replaced by Dakota Hernandez on the fourth album West Texas Degenerate, released on 28 November 2025, which peaked at number 21 on the US Billboard 200, number three on Top Country Albums, and number one on Top Rock Albums. Notable singles include "Happy Face" (Gold, 14 September 2024) and "Bad State of Mind" (14 February 2025, Gold).
