Biography
Tim Mislock is a composer and guitarist from northern Virginia. He began his musical career after moving to Brooklyn, New York, where he interned at Headgear Studios and began performing professionally. Over the years, he has composed, recorded and toured with artists such as Tegan & Sara, The Antlers and Holly Miranda. He has performed nearly 800 shows as guitarist and singer in Broadway productions and national tours of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Now based in Los Angeles, he released a debut album under the name Abandoned Lighthouse in 2013, before releasing the ambient album Now Is the Last Best Time under his own name in 2017. In 2022, he began a collaboration with his counterpart Dave Harrington on Hollywood Visit, followed by Isle of Palms in 2026. Meanwhile, Tim Mislock recorded the solo albums Always (2023) and With Love (2025).
