Think About Life, a Canadian rock group from Montreal, Quebec, was formed in 2005 and initially consisted of Matt Shane, Graham Van Pelt, and Martin Cesar. Their debut album, Think About Life, was released in May 2006 by Alien8 Recordings, followed by tours across the United States, Canada, and Japan. They opened for notable acts such as Wolf Parade and Art Brut. In May 2009, Think About Life released their second album, Family. Shortly after the release of the album, Caila Thompson-Hannant was added on bass and vocals and Matt Shane was replaced by Greg Napier on drums after he left to pursue a fine arts career. The group continued to tour extensively, performing with artists like Franz Ferdinand and Ratatat. After a hiatus, they returned for Pop Montreal in 2017, marking their first concert in five years.
