Keith Lamar Johnson, known professionally as Keith Wonderboy Johnson, was an American gospel singer-songwriter born on May 17, 1972, in Brooklyn. He started singing with the Boys Choir of Harlem and his father's group, the Spiritual Voices. He received the name "Wonderboy" at age five. Johnson started his solo career in 1998 with the album Through the Storm. During a thirteen-year period, he released 14 albums on labels including World Wide Gospel, Verity, Central South, and Blacksmoke. His recordings included Live and Alive (2000), Tribute to Quartet Legends, Vol. 1 (2001), and Send a Revival (2002). Eleven of his albums appeared on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart. His backing group was called the Spiritual Voices. Johnson died on September 30, 2022, in Atlanta.
