Biography

The Love Language, an American indie rock band from Raleigh, North Carolina, was formed in 2008 by Stuart McLamb. Following the disbandment of his first band, The Capulets, and a personal breakup, McLamb began recording demos that evolved into their debut album The Love Language, released on Bladen County Records on February 10, 2009. The album's success led to live performances with fellow North Carolina rockers The Rosebuds. In September 2010, the band released their second album Libraries under Merge Records. Subsequent albums included Ruby Red (July 23, 2013) and Baby Grand (August 3, 2018).
