Biography

The Candles, an American rock band formed in New York City in 2009, were led by frontman Josh Lattanzi. The group's debut album, Between the Sounds, was released in 2010 on The End Records. Their second album, La Candelaria, followed in 2013. In 2016, they released Matter + Spirit, which featured the track "Move Along" with Norah Jones and received a rating of 3.5 stars from Rolling Stone Magazine. Between 2012 and 2017, The Candles supported various artists including Norah Jones, Alberta Cross, and Cory Chisel and The Wandering Sons on tours across the United States and Europe.
