Her debut album With Love (1990) included the cover “Let’s Stay Awhile”, and she gained wider attention with her second album Love, Pain, I'm Still Waiting (1991), whose title track earned recognition at the Billboard Awards. Cass moved to EMI in 1993, releasing So Beautiful…To Be With You (1993) and the compilation Unfinished Novel (1994), which featured the hit “Let Me Go With You”. In 1995 she released several albums, notably Outside the Window, with the single “All Because of You” becoming the theme for The Peace Hotel and securing multiple awards. She switched to Sony Music in 1999, issuing A Flower (1999) and Passionate Love (1999), and collaborated with Wang Lee-hom on the duet “Let Me Have The Warmth”. Cass performed her first solo concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in 1996 and continued to record through the early 2000s, with albums such as To Lisa (2001). She retired from full-time performing after 2012, occasionally appearing at special events, and has remained a respected figure in Hong Kong pop history.
