Su Ta Gar is a Spanish metal ensemble from Ãibar established in 1987. The group consists of the musicians Aitor Gorosabel, Xabi Bastida, Igor DÃez, and Galder Arrillaga. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by heavy metal and thrash metal. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for performing their first recording by self-producing a demo in May 1989. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording Jaiotze Basatia (1991) released on the label Zarata. The recording followed the ensemble receiving first prize at the Villa de Bilbao contest in 1990. Su Ta Gar achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Hortzak Estuturik (1992) and the studio recording Munstro Hilak (1993). The musician Galder Arrillaga achieved professional recognition for joining the ensemble in 1995 after the drummer Borxa Arrillaga suffered an accident. Their discography included the studio recording Sentimenak Jarraituz (1996) and the studio recording Agur Jauna Gizon Txuriari (1997). Su Ta Gar achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Homo_Sapiens? (1999). Their recording career included the live recording Jo Ta Ke (2001) and the studio recording Itsasoz Beteriko Mugetan (2003). The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Alarma (2022).
