Viviane Audet, born on November 10, 1981, in Maria, Quebec, Canada, is a Canadian singer, pianist, and composer. She began her musical journey with classical piano lessons from 1990 to 1999, followed by guitar courses from 1997 to 2002, and jazz piano training under Jean Beaudet from 2000 to 2003. Audet graduated from the Ãcole supérieure de Théâtre-musical de Montréal in 2003. Her debut album, Le long jeu, was released in 2006 on Voxtone Records. In 2013, she founded her own label, Angelica Bye Bye, and released her second album, Le couloir des ouragans, in 2014. Audet's work in film scoring began in 2012, earning notable awards including the Jutra for Best Original Film Score in 2013 for Camion and the Gémeaux for Best Original Music for a Documentary in 2019 for 50/50. In 2023, she released her third album of songs, Les nuits avancent comme des camions blindés sur les filles. Other album releases included Les filles montagnes (2020) and Le piano et le torrent (2025).
