Biography

Sied van Riel, born on May 12, 1978, in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is a Dutch trance music DJ and producer. He began his career in 2006 with the release of "Fearless" and subsequently signed with Spinnin' Records the following year. Van Riel's breakthrough came with his weekly radio show Rielism, which aired on Afterhours.fm. Notable singles include "Closer To You" (2008) and "All Rise" (2009). Van Riel has performed extensively internationally and won the "Best New Face" award at the 2008 Trance Awards. He also supports the Dance4Life initiative, becoming an ambassador for them. In October 2009, he was ranked number 85 in the DJ Mag Top 100. He released the track, "The Game" featuring Fenja in 2011, and mix compilation albums, such as Rielism (2011), and Rielism 2 (2013).
