Biography
Sidecars, a Spanish rock group from Madrid's Alameda de Osuna neighborhood, formed in 2006. The band includes Juancho (lead guitar and vocals), Dr. Gerbass (bass), and Ruly (drums). They released their debut album, Sidecars, in 2008 and won the Premio de la Música for Best Alternative Rock Album in 2009. The second album, Cremalleras, was released in 2010 and featured the hit single "Fan de ti". Their third album, Fuego cruzado, produced by Nigel Walker, came out in 2014, with the lead single "De pelÃcula". In 2015, Sidecars recorded their fourth album live at Madrid's Sala But, titled Contra las cuerdas. The band continued to release albums, including Ruido de fondo in 2020 and Trece in 2022.
