Biography
Sianvar, an American progressive rock band from Sacramento, California, was formed in 2013. The group initially consisted of lead vocalist Donovan Melero, guitarists Will Swan and Sergio Medina, drummer Joseph Arrington, bassist Michael Littlefield, and later included Michael Franzino on bass. Sianvar released their debut single "Sick Machine" in November 2013 and followed it with the self-titled Sianvar EP in January 2014. The band's first full-length studio album, Stay Lost, was released in August 2016, featuring notable tracks such as "Omniphobia" and "Psychosis Succumbing". Sianvar toured extensively with acts like A Lot Like Birds and Dance Gavin Dance, and were signed to Swanâs independent record label Blue Swan Records. In April 2019, the band announced an indefinite hiatus from touring and releasing music.
