Biography
Circa Survive, an American rock band, was formed in 2004 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by Anthony Green and Colin Frangicetto. Circa Survive's initial release was the EP The Inuit Sessions, released in 2005. Their debut album, Juturna, followed that same year via Equal Vision Records. The band's second album, On Letting Go, was released in 2007, also through Equal Vision Records. Circa Survive signed with Atlantic Records for their third album, Blue Sky Noise (2010). After parting ways with Atlantic, they independently released their fourth album, Violent Waves, in 2012. Subsequent albums included Descensus (2014) and The Amulet (2017).
