Formed with a mission to celebrate and preserve the essence of this influential genre, the group brings together talented musicians deeply rooted in the salsa movement. Their energetic performances pay tribute to the music that once dominated the streets of New York and beyond, blending irresistible rhythms with captivating melodies. Under the direction of Julio Santiago and featuring arrangements by Sammy Ceballos, Salsa Legends Revival captures the passion and artistry of salsa’s legendary figures. The group’s live shows aim to transport audiences back to salsa’s heyday while also introducing the music to new generations. In 2024, they released their debut project, SALSA LEGENDS Revival, which entered the US Billboard Tropical Airplay chart. With an impressive lineup of seasoned musicians, including standout vocals by Gilda González, the band aims to keep the legacy of salsa alive while pushing the music forward for modern audiences. They followed up later that year with the Christmas-themed maxi single "Salsa Navideña" and released "Hermandad Legends Revival" in 2025, reaching number 25 on the Billboard Tropical Airplay chart.
