Rumpelstil, a German band from Berlin, was formed in 1986 and known for creating music tailored for children and families. The group gained initial recognition with their unique flashlight concerts, which began in 1999 at WeiÃensee open-air stage, encouraging audiences to bring flashlights and actively participate in the performances. Their debut album Schweinestreicheln was released in 1995. Over the years, Rumpelstil has produced numerous albums, including Alle Wetter (2005) and Poco Loco! (2013). The band's international reach included performances in Mexico City and Puebla during the Year of Germany 2017, as well as a show at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles in 2018. Rumpelstil has also received several awards, such as the German Children's Culture Prize in 1997 and multiple Leopold Media Prizes for their albums.
