Pat Robitaille, born on March 15, 1986, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, is a singer known for his contributions to folk rock and rock music. Influenced by Motown soul gospel from nearby Detroit, he received his first guitar at age 11 and left high school at 16 to pursue music. Robitaille's debut release was the Acoustic EP in March 2006. His subsequent album, Summer of Love, released in June 2007, garnered positive reviews. In September 2008, he launched Two Forty Eight, an album recorded at home using GarageBand, which received generally favorable reviews. Robitaille took a break from his solo career in 2012 to form The Walkervilles, releasing several albums, including Live At Mackenzie Hall in 2013 and Rebirth of the Cool in 2014.
