Biography
Pulselovers is the electronic music project of Doncaster-based producer Mat Handley, active since 2015. Self-titled album, Pulselovers, is a collection of tracks recorded with friends between the years 2013 and 2015, released in 2016. Notably, the 2022 album Circles Within Circles was released on vinyl by Subexotic. Pulselovers continues to develop the acclaimed Northern Minimalism series, 1 (2020), 2 (2020), 3 (2023), and 4 (2025), which an ongoing exploration of electronic and experimental music rooted in the North of England. In addition to his musical output, Handley also curates and runs the Woodford Halse label, further supporting underground electronic and experimental artists.
