Biography
Phats & Small are a producer duo from England. Jason Hayward aka Phats and Russell Small achieved international success with the 1998 track "Turn Around ", a house-style arrangement of the 1983 track "Reach Up " by American artist Toney Lee. This success was followed by three albums: Now Phats What I Small Music (1999), This Time Around (2001) and Soundtrack to Our Lives (2005), featuring a number of lesser-known singles.
