Biography

Paper Tongues, an American alternative rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina, formed in 2007. Their debut full-length album, Paper Tongues, released in 2010, peaked at number 110 on the Billboard 200 chart. The band toured with notable acts such as Jet, Switchfoot, and Linkin Park, and co-headlined tours with Neon Trees and Civil Twilight. They also opened for Cage the Elephant and Muse in Las Vegas. Their song "Soul" appeared in Halogen TV's Fall 2010 promo video, while "Get Higher" was featured on the 2012 season of American Idol.
