Jerome Hinds, born on 23 August 1974 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and professionally known as Pacewon, is an American rapper and producer. He began his career as a founding member of the group Outsidaz, releasing the EP Night Life in 2000 and collaborating with peers such as Youngâ¯Zee and D.U. His solo breakthrough came with the single "I Declare War" in 1998, leading to the 2002 album Won, produced with Ski and featuring contributions from Wyclefâ¯Jean and Kurupt. In 2004, he released Telepathy through Detonator Records, followed by The Only Color That Matters is Green with Mr.â¯Green in 2008. The 2012 album The Only Number That Matters is Won highlighted collaborations with Snoopâ¯Dogg and Mastaâ¯Ace, and in 2015, he founded Teamâ¯Wonâ¯Inc..
