Biography
Born in Norway in 2000, this folk-rock band is led by singer-songwriter Pål Angelskår, whose masterful voice (inevitably reminiscent of that of the lead singer of Tindersticks) is matched by his masterful songwriting. Minor Majority has become a household name in Norway, where its four albums of rare elegance, such as 2004's Up For You & I and 2006's Reasons To Hang Around, have sold over 150,000 copies. In 2010, the band will release their fifth studio album, Either Way I Think You Know, accompanied by a new French tour.
