Miki Fujimoto (born February 26, 1985 in Takikawa, Hokkaido) is a Japanese J-pop singer and idol. On January 7, 2003, she joined the idol group Morning Musume, and became a member of their 6th term. On January 7, 2003, she joined Morning Musume, the 6th term of the idol group, and served as sub-leader/leader for a while. She released a solo album, "MIKI â " ( 2003), which included some of her best-known songs and topped the Oricon charts. She is also known for her activities as a member of the unit "Gomatou" and GAM.
