Biography

MAUF was an a cappella group from Austria, formed in May 2005 by Verena Doublier, fii (Michael Krappel), and Leech. The trio gained initial recognition with their debut single "House of Love", released in 2006 and reissued in 2007 under ComeTogether Records, followed by "The Truth" (2008) through Rebeat Music International. MAUF's success continued with the release of a remix album, House of Love – The Remixes, in collaboration with DJ Axel F., which was released by SPOK-Media Records in 2009. Throughout their career, MAUF received several notable awards, including the Westspitzen Kleinkunst-Preis in Aachen in 2006 and Best Original Song Contest in Chicago in 2008. The group went on hiatus in 2009.
