Marcus Kang (born Kang Won-hwi on May 5, 1992, in Ulsan, South Korea) is a South Korean chef and trot singer. He gained recognition as a contestant on TV Chosun's audition program Mr. Trot 2 - The Beginning of a New Legend in 2022, showcasing his rich vocals and heartfelt performances. Following his appearance on the show, he pursued a career in music, releasing the K-trot single "Son You Never Had" in May 2024. Continuing his musical journey, he is set to release "Play for Me" in March 2025. Coming from a musical family, he is the son of renowned trot singer Woo Yeon Yi. Balancing his passion for both cooking and music, Marcus Kang continues to carve out his own path in the entertainment industry.
