Biography
Born on 11 January 1996 in the Ulsan Metropolitan City, South Korea, Lee Chan-won made a name for himself as one of the top six singers on South Korean hit series, Mr. Trot, a reality audition show where singers perform trot; a century-old genre of Korean popular music. After winning third place on the show, in 2020 Lee marked his debut single release with "Fate in Time" and went to number two in South Korea the following year with his debut EP ..Gift (..ì 물). His debut full-length, One, arrived in 2023 and landed him the top spot on the Circle Album Chart. His second EP, Bright; ç¦, saw the light in April 2024 and went to number two. His third full album, Brilliant, released on October 20, 2025, entered Korea's Top 100 albums chart at rank 2 on its release week.
