Maktub, born Yang Jinmo (ìì§ëª¨) on October 15, 1988, in Iksan City, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, is a renowned K-pop solo singer, songwriter, and producer. Active since 2011, Maktub has made a name for himself with his unique blend of emotional ballads and electronic pop. Maktub began his career under his own talent agency, Maktub Company, which allowed him to have creative control over his music. Over the years, he has produced numerous successful tracks, often writing and composing his own songs. His discography includes notable works such as FANTASY (2014), Red Moon: The Piano Forest (2018, EP), To You My Light: The Gift (2019, EP), and his 2021 album Moment Becomes Forever.
