Lyndon John, known professionally as LJX and sometimes credited as Lyndon John X, is a Canadian reggae and ska musician of Grenadian descent. Born in Cambridge, Ontario, he began his music career with the release of his debut album Two Chord Skankinâ in 2006. This initial effort earned him his first Juno Award nomination for Reggae Recording of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2008. LJX continued to build his discography with subsequent albums, including Brighter Days (2010), which was nominated for a Juno Award in 2011, and Escape from the Mongoose Gang (2015), which received another Juno nomination in 2016. His most notable achievement came with the release of The Warning Track in July 4th 2019, which won the Juno Award for Reggae Recording of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2020.
