Biography

Liquid Mike is an American indie rock band from Marquette, Michigan. Formed in 2020 by frontman Mike Maple, the band initially included Monica Nelson on backing vocals and synthesizers, Zack Alworden on bass, Cody Maracek on drums, and later added Dave Daignault as a second guitarist in 2023. The band released their first three albums—Stuntman, You Can Live Forever in Paradise on Earth, and A Beer Can and a Bouquet—between 2021 and 2022. Their fourth album, S/T, gained significant attention after being shared by Camp Trash guitarist Keegan Bradford on Twitter in April 2023, leading to viral popularity. The band's fifth studio album, Paul Bunyan’s Slingshot (2024), was critically acclaimed and moved them into the mainstream. Their sixth studio album, Hell Is an Airport, was released on September 12, 2025.
