Tavares Lamont Taylor, known professionally as Lil Reese, is an American rapper born on January 6, 1993, in Chicago. Raised in the Englewood neighborhood, Taylor achieved professional recognition as a guest on the Chief Keef single âI Don't Likeâ (2012), which reached number 73 on the Billboard Hot 100. He signed with the label Def Jam Recordings after catching the attention of producer No I.D. and released the debut mixtape Don't Like (2012). His recording career includes the singles âUsâ (2012) and âTrafficâ (2012). Taylor followed these with the mixtapes Supa Savage (2013) and Supa Savage 2 (2015). In 2017, he released the collaborative project with Lil Durk, Supa Vultures (2017). His discography includes the mixtapes Better Days (2017), Demon Time (2022), and Ask About Me (2023). Taylor became a member of the Black Disciples in his youth and converted to Islam in 2025.
