Biography

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 6, 1987, rapper Robert Rihmeek Williams (known as Meek Mill) quickly soared to the top of international charts. Alongside rapper Rick Ross at the label Maybach Music, he made his debut before establishing his own imprint, Dreamchasers Records, releasing three mixtapes and charting globally with top-charting albums Dreams and Nightmares (2012), Dreams Worth More Than Money (2015), and Wins & Losses (2017). After a brief stint in prison, Meek Mill dropped the EP Legends of Summer in July 2018, and began working on his fourth album Championships, featuring collaborations with Drake, Jay-Z, Cardi B, Ella Mai, and Young Thug, which hit Number 1 both in the U.S and the U.K. Following the EP Quarantine Pack (2020), Meek Mill released his fifth album Expensive Pain in 2021, with contributions from Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Kehlani, ASAP Ferg, Moneybagg Yo, Giggs, Young Thug, Vory, Lil Uzi Vert, and Brent Faiyaz, which climbed to number 2. In 2023, he collaborated on Rick Ross's Too Good to Be True before releasing the EP Heathenism (2024), featuring collaborations with Future and Fivio Foreign.
