Liisi Koikson, born on June 4, 1983, in Kilingi-Nõmme, Estonia, is an Estonian singer. She began her musical journey at a young age, appearing on television at eight and participating in various music competitions, including the Laulukarussel contest, where she won first place twice. Koikson's breakthrough came with her participation in the 37th Zecchino dâOro in 1994, where she won the second prize for foreign songs with "Se voglio". She later served as a background singer for Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2002. Koikson's career includes numerous solo albums such as The Gemini Diaries (2002), Liisi Koikson (2003), and Väike järv (2005). She has also performed in several musicals, including Evita, Aida, and Jesus Christ Superstar. Koikson was named Artist of the Year in Estonia in 2003 and 2005. In 2008, she appeared as the female lead in the Estonian film Detsembrikuumus.
