Leftover Cuties, an American band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 2008, consists of Shirli McAllen (lead vocals, ukulele), Austin Nicholsen (bass, vocals), Mike Bolger (brass, keys, accordion, vocals), and Stuart Johnson (drums, percussion, vocals). The group released their debut EP Game Called Life in 2009. Their subsequent albums include Places to Go (2011), Departures (2012), and The Spark & the Fire (2013). The band gained notable recognition when a song was featured as the theme music for the Showtime original series The Big C. Leftover Cuties have also been covered in publications like Paste magazine and The A.V. Club. Their sixth album, Little Big Room, was released in March 2020.
