Leapy Lee, known professionally as Leapy Lee, and born on July 2, 1939 in Eastbourne, England, is an English singer. Early in his career he recorded the single "Little Arrows" in 1968, which reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart and number 16 on the US Billboard Hotâ¯100, earning a gold disc for over three million sales worldwide. The track also topped the Canadian country chart and secured a place in the US top 40 pop listings. Following this breakthrough, Leapy Lee released his debut album Little Arrows in 1968 on Decca Records, which peaked at number 71 on the Billboard 200. In the subsequent years he continued to release singles such as "Good Morning" (1969) and "Every Road Leads Back To You" (1976), both charting on the country lists. He also appeared in television programs on the BBC and Channelâ¯5, and in 2010 celebrated his 40th anniversary with the EP Little Arrows II.
