LAST ALLIANCE, a Japanese rock band formed in Machida, Tokyo in 2002. The group consisted of Ryusuke Anzai on vocals and guitar, Takahiko Matsumura on vocals and bass, Shingo Sano on guitar and backing vocals, and Hiroshi Ozawa on drums and backing vocals. Their music career began with their first live performance at "Nisshin" on July 7, 2002, where they distributed a free CD featuring two of their tracks. The band released their debut single "LAST ALLIANCE" in June 2003, followed by their first album TEARS LIBRARY in July of the same year. Their second album, UNDERGROUND BLUE, was released in December 2004 and reached number 7 on the Oricon charts. The band continued to release albums and singles, including "DAZE&HOPE", which featured the ending theme for the anime Ouran High School Host Club. Throughout their career, LAST ALLIANCE embarked on numerous tours, such as the "TEARS LIBRARY 2003" tour in September 2003 and the "UNDERGROUND BLUE TOUR" in February 2005. Their notable achievements include chart success with singles like "DAZE&HOPE" and collaborations with popular anime series.
