fuzzy knot is a Japanese visual kei unit formed by Shinji (guitarist of SID) and vocalist Takayuki Tazawa (Rayflower, Waive), combining powerful rock instrumentation with melodic vocal performances. The duo debuted on April 26, 2021, with the digital single "Kokoro Sagashi", quickly followed by their first full album fuzzy knot on June 30, 2021. They held their first live show at Zepp Tokyo in November 2021, establishing themselves as a dynamic live act. Since their debut, fuzzy knot has actively released new material, including the single "Set The Fire!" and the mini-album BLACK SWAN (2022), accompanied by nationwide tours. The group continued to expand their audience through fan events, VR concert streaming, and high-profile collaborations, such as their 2023 two-man show with Kizu and the single "Toki no Tabibito". In 2024, fuzzy knot celebrated their third anniversary with the 3 years knot tour and released the single "Imperfect", followed by another tour titled *The Emergence Circuit*. On April 30, 2025, they released their second full album fuzzy knot Ⅱ, marking a new chapter in their evolving discography.
