Lao Che, a Polish crossover music band formed in 1999 in PÅock, emerged from former members of Koli. The group's musical style blended various genres, including ska, ambient, and folk. Their breakthrough came with the concept album Powstanie Warszawskie, which garnered numerous prestigious nominations and awards. Lao Che released their album, Gusla, in 2001 under S.P. Records, followed by subsequent albums, including Dzieciom in 2015 via Mystic Production, which achieved platinum status in Poland with over 30,000 copies sold. The band's discography also includes notable releases such as Wiedza o spoÅeczeÅstwie, released in 2018 under Mystic Production and certified platinum for selling over 30,000 copies.
