Kyle Andrews, born May 22, 1982, in Chicago, Illinois, is an American indie rock songwriter and performer. He released his debut album Amos In Ohio in June 2006, followed by the EP Find Love, Let Go (August 2007) and the album Real Blasty (2008). Andrews gained notable attention with the song "You Always Make Me Smile" (co-written with friend Neil Mason), featured in a worldwide Holiday Inn ad in 2010. The accompanying music video, filmed in Provo, Utah, went viral and involved an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest water balloon fight. His interactive video for "Sushi," directed by Dennis Liu, was shortlisted for the Guggenheim's YouTube Play Exhibit in 2010. Notable albums include Robot Learn Love (August 2011), Brighter Than the Sun (July 2013), and Escape (December 2016). His music has been featured in various TV shows and commercials, including ads for Dell ("We Were Colors") and Doritos ("Bombs Away").
