Biography

Knuckle Puck formed in 2010 in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The band initially consisted of lead vocalist Joe Taylor, lead guitarist Kevin Maida, drummer John Siorek, and, later, rhythm guitarist Nick Casasanto. Their EP, Knuckle Puck, was released in 2011. In 2014, they released the EP While I Stay Secluded, which peaked at number 5 on the Heatseekers Albums chart. The band signed to Rise Records in December 2014 and released their debut album, Copacetic, in 2015. Notable songs from this period include "Oak Street" and "True Contrite". Their second studio album, Shapeshifter, was released in 2017. In 2022, they signed to Pure Noise Records and released their fourth studio album, Losing What We Love, in 2023.
