Biography
Khalas is a Palestinian metal band formed in 1999 from Akka, Israel. The group's name translates to "enough" in Arabic. Khalas released their debut album Ma Adesh Feeha ("We've Had It") in 2003. In 2013, they embarked on a significant tour across Europe with Israeli band Orphaned Land, which garnered them substantial media attention from outlets such as The Guardian and CNN. This tour coincided with the release of their album Arabic Rock Orchestra. Khalas continued to make waves in the metal scene with subsequent releases like The Peace Series Vol. 1, a split EP with Orphaned Land, released in 2021.
