Known primarily for his humorous videos, Cameroonian artist Kamer Life occasionally chooses to express himself in music to get his fans up and dancing. A famous influencer in his country, Kamer Life launched his career in 2021 with his track "TLQ (Tout le quartier "), which quickly garnered hundreds of thousands of listens. Appearing in his video clip alongside footballer Oyongo Bitolo, the Cameroonian's mbolé music is in line with the musical trends of the country's youth since the 2010s. Kamer Life returned the following year with a new track, "Le ndamba" (2022), in which the singer, now based in France, showed his support for the national team at the 2022 World Cup.
