Biography
Jonnie and Brookie Allen were an American pop rock duo from Gilbert, Arizona. Jonnie (born 1992) and Brookie (born 1994) began performing at ages five and three, respectively. They released their debut holiday album, No Snow for Christmas, independently in December 2000. In 2002, they followed with the album Let Freedom Ring. The sisters gained prominence in 2009 after winning the Radio Disney N.B.T. (Next Big Thing) contest, which led to their performance on the Summer at Seas tour. That same year, they joined the television show iShine KNECT as featured artists, later performing the program's theme song in 2010. The duo expanded to YouTube in 2011 with professional covers of popular artists. Their discography includes the albums Make a Difference (2004) and Just Having Fun (2005), alongside the 2013 single "Talk About Love".
