Invidia is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada. The group was formed in 2015 and initially featured Travis Johnson on lead vocals. Brian Jackson, formerly of Skinlab, joined as the lead guitarist, while Matt Snell, previously with Five Finger Death Punch, took up bass duties. Marcos Medina Rivera, also from Skinlab, handled rhythm guitar, Darren Badorine from Six Ounce Gloves played drums, and Evan Seidlitz, who had been part of Thrown into Exile, Grimace, and Vyces, became the lead vocalist in 2017. The band's debut studio album, As the Sun Sleeps, was released in 2017 and produced by Logan Mader. The album included notable singles such as "Making My Amends" (released in 2016) and "Feed the Fire" (2017).
