Biography

Impending Doom, an American Christian deathcore band from Riverside, California, was formed on October 31, 2005 by guitarist Manny Contreras and vocalist Brook Reeves. The group signed to Facedown Records in 2007, releasing their debut album Nailed.Dead.Risen. that same year, which reached number 46 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart. Impending Doom embarked on a U.S. tour supporting the album later that year. Their second album, The Serpent Servant, was released in 2009 and peaked at number 3 on the same chart. Subsequent releases include Baptized in Filth (2012) and Death Will Reign (2013). The band performed at Facedown Fest in 2016 and 2017, and released the EP Hellbent in 2021.
