Biography

Ida-Lova Saga Lind, known by her stage name Ida-Lova, is a Swedish singer and songwriter born on August 2, 2004 in Stockholm. The daughter of presenter and actress Christine Meltzer and Niclas Lind, she grew up in an artistic environment that has influenced her musical career. She began her career in 2017 at the age of 13, performing the song "Utan dina andetag" by the group Kent at the Svenska hjältar-galan, marking her first public steps. She went on to study music at Viktor Rydberg Upper Secondary School. In 2023, Ida-Lova took part in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "Låt hela stan se på", which she co-wrote with Andreas Lindberg, Joy and Linnea Deb. Although she failed to qualify for the final, the song reached number 43 in the Swedish charts. After a break of around two years, she returned in 2025 with the single "Svagare än jag", which she wrote on her own, and which proved a great success, reaching number two in the Swedish and Norwegian charts, and enjoying strong popularity on social networks and listening platforms. Signed to the Playground Music label, she recorded the tracks "Hej där mitt hjärta" and "Halvfullt sprucket glas" the same year, which reached No. 82.
