Biography

iamamiwhoami is an electronic music and audiovisual project led by Swedish singer-songwriter Jonna Lee, in collaboration with producer Claes BjÃ¶rklund. The project originated in Sweden in 2009 as a response to conventional music norms. iamamiwhoami gained initial traction through a series of videos released on YouTube, which garnered international attention. In June 2012, the project released their debut physical album Kin, followed by Bounty in 2013 and Blue in 2014. Notable songs include "The Deadlock" from the 2015 release Concert in Blue. The project has also remixed tracks for artists such as Moby and The Irrepressibles, and performed live concerts supporting their album releases. In March 2017, Jonna Lee embarked on a solo career under the name ionnalee, stating that it was a continuation of iamamiwhoami but not simultaneous with it.
