Biography

Hey Rosetta!, an indie rock band from Saint John, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, was formed in 2005 by Tim Baker. The group released its EP that same year. In 2006, Hey Rosetta! released their first album, Plan Your Escape, winning four Music Newfoundland and Labrador Awards, including Album of the Year. Their second album, Into Your Lungs (And Around in Your Heart and on Through Your Blood), was released in 2008 and featured the single "Red Heart". The band's third album, Seeds, debuted at Number 1 on the iTunes Canadian Album charts in 2011. Hey Rosetta! announced an indefinite hiatus in October 2017.
